I own and operate a consulting firm, which services and supports title and escrow companies nationally. Our clients each have different security protocols and tools for us to connect to their system, and security is of the utmost importance. Daemon Technology Solutions has one of our clients as their customer and recently, we encountered some technical issues that we thought may be related to that connection point. Not only did Michael at Daemon troubleshoot the issues, he explained everything along the way and ultimately had resolutions within minutes. Our IT folks had spent hours and were still uncertain as to what the issues were, until Daemon got involved. Michael went above and beyond to assist us with this matter. Though we are not his direct customer, he knew what might be causing our issue and took every proactive approach to get everything resolved immediately for us, so that we would not only be able to help his customer (our client), but continue to work without issues in our own environment. Further, he provided additional information as to some other things to be aware of and then he continued to follow up to make sure all was good, even into the next day. This is STELLAR service and obviously people who actually care about what they do and want to help you! It is more than obvious that they know what they are doing over there. Having people with the expertise and a service-level mindset has been hard to come by and this company definitely raised the bar for us. Mike was great. My lap top hadn't worked in years. He put in a new battery and upgraded my software. Then a week later my desk top stopped working. He replaced the fan and made my computer faster and better. He did the job in a timely manner at a great price. Quick response, did not try to sell me anything I didnt need. Was able to fix my issue that others could not, wish I would have called Micheal first rather than waste my money and time with others.

Daemon Technology Solutions helped me with my business laptop. It was having issues updating and they helped me figure out the issue quickly and reliably. Daemon has helped me with two other computers as well, with fixes ranging from switching out a corrupted hard drive (even after Apple employees saying there was no fix) and installing an SSD on a different computer to update and increase the speed.
