Our story started way back in the mid 1970’s programming in BASIC computer language and repairing home computer systems. Those systems included the Commodore PET, Apple IIe, Texas Instruments TI-99/4a, Timex Sinclair 1000, etc. In the late 1980’s, support grew towards newer corporate hardware and software technology solutions including laptops, early IBM PC AT & XT PC’s, “lunch box” PC’s as well as installing and configuring some of the first pre-packaged small business networks (LANtastic).
Corporate business IT support continued to blossom with the addition of the Internet in the early 1990’s including connectivity & support for Microsoft, Novell and IBM Mini Mainframe systems in addition to active & passive hubs to create reliable 4/16 token ring network environments. In the late 1990’s, previous experience in operating systems, software, digital storage and networking allowed for growth toward a new trend in document imaging technology made popular by business requiring an inexpensive solution to expensive storage requirements.
The new millennium brought larger imaging clientele such as Chase Manhattan Bank, The New York Mets and Citibank while working closely with German software engineers from Point Software Systems and NSM Storage. Receiving multiple letters of recommendation, our solutions were highly regarded in resolving sophisticated hardware and software issues.
After relocating from New York to Florida in the early 2000s, in 2009 we chose to update our name to better reflect the services we offer. We have since established ourselves to be a reliable and trusted Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) providing knowledgeable corporate technology support and security solutions.
